About Ekam Yogashala's TTC

Since 2014, Ekam Yogashala’s Yoga Teacher Trainings have produced next genre of yogis who are taking the legacy of ancient yoga to the next level. The school is oriented towards the spiritual enlightenment and physical wellbeing leading the yoga enthusiasts on the path of awakening and service. Throughout the yoga course, yogis are taught to learn to listen to their self, to others and feel raging inner power, with the development of their healthy body and attainment of wisdom.

In all courses, the central focus is towards alignments, sequencing strategies, verbal articulation skills, disciplined yogic practice and the transformative power. It is about how to gain the ability to also teach yoga with love, spiritual affiliation and as a part of the commitment to the personal growth and transformation.

What We Offer

Ekam Yogashala offers 100, 200, 300 and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Rishikesh, Nepal and Kerala. In which you will learn asanas, mantras, pranayama, meditation, Human Anatomy, Mudras, yoga philosophy and yoga history. The level of training will get deeper as the student starts getting advance in yoga. We have created a safe learning environment where students from different backgrounds get the opportunity to explore the traditional practice and retrospect on what they have learned. Students are given the spiritual vision to see the world through the eyes of a yogi and teach them to be grounded and best.

Retreat programs are also organized in Rishikesh, Nepal and Kerala, which gives you the more opportunity to explore the beauty of this earth.

Prerequisites

Before attending a yoga teacher training course, we suggest that students should have been practicing yoga regularly for at least three months or should have sports or fitness training for the considerable period of time.

Students should be prepared to learn in a disciplined environment and ready to accept new learning experience. They should be grounded and be supportive to others.

No, you do not require any experience before joining the Yoga Teacher training course. But you should be aware of yoga and have a little idea about the same. Practicing yoga a few months before the training is advisable.
Yes, with the certificate of the RYT 200, 300 OR 500 you would be eligible to teach yoga anywhere in the world, and get registered with the Yoga Alliance USA. The Yoga Alliance USA is a very reputed organization to get registered as a professional yoga teacher.
The Yoga Teacher Training course is designed in a way that you would find yourself going deeper into your practice with each passing day. Each form and style of yoga is taught in detail and with great precision.
Apply for the course by filling the short application form and deposit the advance fee of USD 200 which would ensure your spot in the batch. You can avail early bird discount by booking your seat 2 months prior to the starting date of the course, and you will be eligible for last minute discount if you book your seat 10 days prior to the starting date of the course.
