Since 2014, Ekam Yogashala’s Yoga Teacher Trainings have produced next genre of yogis who are taking the legacy of ancient yoga to the next level. Ekam Yogashala offers 100, 200, 300 and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Rishikesh, Nepal and Kerala. In which you will learn asanas, mantras, pranayama, meditation, Human Anatomy, Mudras, yoga philosophy and yoga history. The level of training will get deeper as the student starts getting advance in yoga. We have created a safe learning environment where students from different backgrounds get the opportunity to explore the traditional practice and retrospect on what they have learned. Students are given the spiritual vision to see the world through the eyes of a yogi and teach them to be grounded and best.
Retreat programs are also organized in Rishikesh, Nepal and Kerala, which gives you the more opportunity to explore the beauty of this earth.
All courses are fully accredited with Yoga Alliance, and graduates will be eligible to register 200 or 300 hours of Continuing Education (CE) towards their RYT 500 registration.
Before attending a yoga teacher training course, we suggest that students should have been practicing yoga regularly for at least three months or should have sports or fitness training for the considerable period of time.
Students should be prepared to learn in a disciplined environment and ready to accept new learning experience. They should be grounded and be supportive to others.
