At Ekam Yogashala, we take care to integrate the thorough study of yoga and infuse spirituality into our teachings and practices to support our student's personal and spiritual growth. The curriculum integrates the core subjects of pranayama, shat kriya, asana practice, yoga philosophy, yogic anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. In terms of asana practice, our school focuses on the asana styles of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Students undergo 6 days of training with 1 day off per week.

The soul thrives in a healthy body just like our physical bodies need a healthy, safe and hygienic environment. Ekam Yogashala is in a serene location surrounded by mountains and lush green fields. Please note that our rooms are designed according to a yoga teacher training course. Our room was spacious and airy. Accommodation is privately provided/double for stays of 25 nights or more. Even though the friends and relatives of the students who visit the ashram are not provided with free accommodation, they can still stay at the ashram by renting a separate room.
