🙏 Who is Eligible for the Scholarship?

Our scholarship is intended for enthusiastic yoga enthusiasts who are sincere to learn and spread yoga. Contenders should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Seeking financial support to join yoga teacher training in Rishikesh.
  • Strong desire to become a certified yoga instructor and promote yoga among their community.
  • Minimum 1 year of regular yoga practice/experience prior to applying.
  • Commitment to have a 90% attendance rate in the training program.

What would I be Paying for?

We expect our students to pay 559 USD as a token fee only for covering their food and accommodation expenses during the scholarship yoga teacher training course while they can study yoga in India free.

The fee is charged for a comfortable and clean accommodation, which offers all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. It also includes three meals a day- breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which are Satvik in nature and prepared with Ayurvedic herbs and recipes to keep you light and energetic. The facilities offered are in accordance with the needs of aspiring yogis.

Yes, the training itself is 100% free. We do not charge you any tuition fees for the course. The only contribution you are asked to make is towards your own food and accommodation while staying with us in Rishikesh. This way, you can focus fully on learning and practicing yoga, while we take care of the teaching. There are no hidden costs or extra charges involved.

After completing the course successfully, you will be given a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate by Yoga Alliance USA. This is a universally accepted certification that entitles you to teach yoga in any part of the world. It is more than a certificate; it is the evidence of the efforts, dedication, and changes you go through while being part of the program.

Number of scholarship seats are highly restricted i.e 15 seats. We prefer small classes so that each student gets close guidance and individual attention from our instructors. This way you can have a quality learning experience and the opportunity to closely relate with your instructors and classmates. As seats are limited, we request you to apply as soon as possible.

We are providing this scholarship because we feel that yoga is for all people, not for the few who can pay for it. Numerous honest seekers aspire to become yoga teachers but can't afford it. This program is our contribution back to the yoga family. Through this scholarship, supporting committed students, we hope to share the light of yoga with the entire world. Each of the students we assist becomes a bearer of yoga's wisdom, spreading its good to many more lives.

You will need to pay only for your accommodation and food while you are here at Rishikesh. This includes your living every day—healthy sattvic food cooked fresh and neat common accommodation within the school. The cost is minimal, just enough to take care of your minimal needs while you concentrate on your yoga path. There are no other charges from our end.

The process of application is very easy. Firstly, complete our online scholarship application form by providing your personal information and yoga history. In addition to that, we ask you to submit a motivation letter explaining us why you want to be a part of this program and how yoga impacted your life. As soon as we receive your application, it will be reviewed with attention by our staff.
