Tanushree Rawat trains students in asanas, pranayama, meditation and other yoga forms. She has more than seven years of experience in this field and brings her uniqueness in her teaching. She has done her post-graduation from the Sanskrit University in Haridwar. She had also completed six-months of training from Ved Niketan Ashram and the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul. She has also participated in many seminars and was invited to speak in the Californication Beauty and Spa event atKazakhstan. She was also honored by the Embassy of India for playing an important role in making the First International Yoga Day a huge success.

Yogi Ashish has artistic integrity and charming personality. His versatility in his teaching methods is a much talked about subject. Within the shortest period of time, he has gained exceptional skills in teaching this art. He has studied yoga from the International School of Yoga, Ved Niketan Dham in Rishikesh and also attained a master’s degree in yogic science from the Sanskrit University in Uttarakhand. He is very passionate about traveling and his love for exploring new things takes him towards new ventures. .He has also attended workshops on yoga, sports, and physical education and participated in many seminars.

He has acquired knowledge of yoga from the Vishwaguru School of Yoga “Ved Niketan Dham” in Rishikesh. He has also achieved excellence in the World Yogaasna Championship. He has learned yoga from some of the renowned yoga gurus. He has around four years of teaching experience, which has made him quite competent when it comes to understanding different students and their needs. His skill set is commendable in every way.

Sandeep Pandey Ji

Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy

Yogacharya Sandeep Pandey Ji teaches meditation and pranayama. He has acquired the knowledge of meditation and learnt various relaxation techniques from different ashrams in Rishikesh. This gave him a deeper insight into the different aspects of this art form. When he was of the age 11, he became the disciple of Guru Swami Veda Bharti Ji in the Rama Sadhaka Ashram. His intensity of learning and teaching is deep and influencing. Anybody under his hat can get intrigued by his teaching methods. He is currently doing Ph.D. in yoga.
