Student Reviews

Nicky Johnes, USA

The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga course of Ekam was suggested by a relative. Although I was sceptical in the beginning, I checked out their website. The mission statement and values were something I could relate to, and it struck a chord with me. I applied for the course with a lot of expectation. When I reached the location, it was beautiful, yet serene. The facilities were better than I expected, and the food was out of this world! Indian food is well known for its flavour, and the food here was delicious and healthy. I could feel my body and mind clearing up during the comprehensive yoga course and was one of the best experiences of my life.

Sandy Rogers, UK

I have always found yoga to be very interesting and had even dabbled on some online videos in my free time. None of them elaborated on the principles and mission of yoga in its true form. When I learned about Ekam Yogashala, I was not sure if I would get what I wanted. On reading more about them, I was fairly confident about the course. I decided to take a chance and went ahead. The rigorous yoga course was an eye-opening experience. I was able to understand and practice yoga in its purest sense, allowing me to get a comprehensive understanding of what the forefathers of yoga aimed at. With my Yoga Alliance certification, I strongly believe I am capable of imparting this accrued knowledge across the world.
