About Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training In India

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is one of the oldest forms of yoga and is based on Vanama Rishi’s teachings about Vinyasa, Dhristhi, Bandhas, Mudras, and philosophy. Becoming an Ashtangi requires a very structured program and incredible focus. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is perfect for the following individuals who want internal purification and harmony; aim to become a yogi, with infinite inner energy and the ability to look at things from a cosmic perspective; and those looking to unify mind, body, and soul.

The training course is of 3 different lengths - 200 hours, 300 hours and 500 hours. All of them are certified by Yoga Alliance, USA and have varying eligibility criteria.

No, you do not require any experience before joining the Yoga Teacher training course. But you should be aware of yoga and have a little idea about the same. Practicing yoga a few months before the training is advisable.
Yes, with the certificate of the RYT 200, 300 OR 500 you would be eligible to teach yoga anywhere in the world, and get registered with the Yoga Alliance USA. The Yoga Alliance USA is a very reputed organization to get registered as a professional yoga teacher.
The Yoga Teacher Training course is designed in a way that you would find yourself going deeper into your practice with each passing day. Each form and style of yoga is taught in detail and with great precision.
Apply for the course by filling the short application form and deposit the advance fee of USD 200 which would ensure your spot in the batch. You can avail early bird discount by booking your seat 2 months prior to the starting date of the course, and you will be eligible for last minute discount if you book your seat 10 days prior to the starting date of the course.

Rishikesh is well-connected to all the major cities. Jolly International Airport at Dehradun is only 15 km from Rishikesh. You can reach directly from your place of Departure to Jolly International Airport, or you can come via Delhi International Airport. We can send a taxi to the Jolly International Airport on request for you.. The cost of the taxi will be 20 dollars.

By Roadways

You can hire a taxi from International Airport in Delhi, or you can also book a taxi through us. We can send across a taxi to receive you from the Delhi Airport. The cost of the same will be 80 dollars.

By Railways

You can also have a fun-filled ride on the train from Delhi to Haridwar. . Get off at Haridwar station as it is just about 25 kilometers from Rishikesh. . It is linked and quite connected to all the cities of India. From Haridwar, you can hire a taxi, and if you want, we can send a taxi to pick you up. Charges of the taxi would be20 dollars.
