Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is one of the oldest forms of yoga and is based on Vanama Rishi’s teachings about Vinyasa, Dhristhi, Bandhas, Mudras, and philosophy. Becoming an Ashtangi requires a very structured program and incredible focus. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is perfect for the following individuals who want internal purification and harmony; aim to become a yogi, with infinite inner energy and the ability to look at things from a cosmic perspective; and those looking to unify mind, body, and soul.
The training course is of 3 different lengths - 200 hour yoga teacher training, 300 hour yoga teacher training and 500 hour yoga teacher training . All of them are certified by Yoga Alliance, USA and have varying eligibility criteria.

200 hrs yoga TTC is fully accredited with Yoga Alliance, and graduates will be eligible to register 200 hours of Continuing Education (CE) towards their RYT 300 and 500 registration.
During the 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, you will participate in weekend activities such as sunrise sessions, visits to waterfalls, attending Ganga Aarti, and exploring Mouni Baba Cave and Vishisth Cave. Additionally, the course includes three excursions to select destinations from the following list:

We expect our students to pay 999 USD as a token fee only for covering their food and accommodation expenses during the scholarship yoga teacher training course while they can study yoga in India free.
The fee is charged for a comfortable and clean accommodation, which offers all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. It also includes three meals a day- breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which are Satvik in nature and prepared with Ayurvedic herbs and recipes to keep you light and energetic. The facilities offered are in accordance with the needs of aspiring yogis.
