During 500-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, you will stay in clean rooms at Ekam Yogashala. Located in the mountains of Rishikesh, our training centre features a yoga studio, dining area, relaxation area, beautiful rooftop, and free WIFI. The local market is 300 to 400 meters from the yoga school. Ekam Yogashala offers both private and shared rooms depending on the student's needs. Friends and relatives of students can also stay in the ashram by renting separate rooms. they are not allowed to share the Yogi's room
The yoga diet is based on purification and healing mechanisms, thereby rejuvenating the novice yogi. The nutrition provided by Ekam Yogashala prepares one's physique to increase flexibility and endurance for intense yoga practice. You will be served 3 yoga and nutritious meals every day. The nearest railway station is Haridwar (about 25 km). Also, Haridwar is connected to many major cities in India like Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Varanasi, and Lucknow. You can also book a taxi to school if you get off at Haridwar station

No, you do not require any experience before joining the Yoga Teacher training course. But you should be aware of yoga and have a little idea about the same. Practicing yoga a few months before the training is advisable.
