About Beginners Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh

Healthy Food

You will get Sattvic food three times a day. The food will be healthy and highly nutritious. There will be variety in the food items, and each item will be prepared by the Ayurvedic cook. Food also includes Herbal tea and healthy drinks. There is strict prohibition for non-vegetarian food, beverages, and alcohol.
