JYOTI TRATAK

It is a process of nasal cleaning with water. Use mild warm water for this process. Bend your knees and put one hand on the knee of the same side. Keep your mouth open and breathe the water from one nostril. The water comes out from other nostril itself. It helps in cleaning the nostril removing the mucus, prevents allergies, clean eyes, and years.

SUTRA NETI

It is a process of nasal cleansing with a tube. Here the rubber tubes are inserted in through the nostrils. Begin with the nostril which is flowing. Dip the tube in ghee and insert it up to your nostril slowly and steadily. You will feel the tube has reached to your throat, insert your finger and thumb in and pull it out. Remember to do it very carefully. Repeat the same steps with other nostril. It will give you the same benefits as Jal Neti.

DANDA DHOUTI

This is a process of cleansing the stomach through a tube. Drink 2 glasses of water and sit in a comfortable position. Relax and slowly start inserting a tube into the throat. Your body will try to throw out the tube, but you will have to overcome this part. The water will automatically flow out of the tube when it reaches the stomach. You will have to stand and bend your knees for the better flow. After the water stops coming out, slowly and steadily pull the tube out. When it is all done, try doing shavasan to feel better.
