Deepen your discipline, sharpen your skills, and live yoga by the sea
This 59‑day residential training in Goa is meant for those who’ve already done their 200‑hour YTT. It’s a complete dive into serious practice and teaching skills—no fluff, no shortcuts.
You’ll spend two months exploring traditional Hatha, intermediate Ashtanga, breathwork, philosophy, alignment, teaching method, meditation, and more. Everything’s included—your room, food, materials, excursions—so you just show up and focus on your growth.
If you’re ready to really commit, not just collect hours, this could be your best move yet.
Think of this as the rolled‑together version of the 200‑ and 300‑hour courses—more intense, deeper, and more personal. We don’t just lecture; we teach by doing. You’ll guide classes, work with peers, and get feedback that makes you better.
Our teachers aren’t distant experts. They’re invested in your evolution. By day 59, you'll feel different—not just certified, but empowered.
Complete the training, register as RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, and you're officially qualified to teach anywhere. But it’s more than a title. It’s about feeling sure in your own voice, knowing you’ve done the work.
Goa’s known for its beaches, but for many students who come here, it becomes something more a place to slow down and tune in. At Ekam Yogashala, we’ve brought our teaching to this coastal setting not just for the beauty, but because it offers the space people often need to reconnect with themselves.
Our yoga center is simple, peaceful, and right by the sea. You’ll hear waves during your practice instead of traffic, and the pace of life here helps you ease into learning without pressure. The group energy is strong, but still personal. You’ll meet people from different walks of life, but all with the same goal—to grow through yoga.
We’ve been running our school in Goa for over a decade, guiding students from across the world. Goa is a natural extension of that journey—same heart, same quality, just with salt in the air and sand under your feet.
Whether this is your first step into yoga or you’re taking it deeper, our course in Goa isn’t just about theory or poses. It’s about showing up every day, being present, and leaving with something real within yourself.
